Shipping and Delivery
My package says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it?
We suggest double-checking around your property, with neighbors, mailbox, and front desk/locker areas first!
Domestic US Customers and all UK Customers-
If you still don't see any sign of your package it is recommended to us by the couriers we use, to wait an additional 5 business days for further delivery. It is very common that your package is delivered a few days after initially being marked as delivered.
International Customers-
Since we are located in United state, Buyer pays the customs fee (VAT). Couriers recommend waiting an additional 2 business days for further delivery. On the 3rd day, if you still haven't received your package please proceed in opening a claim through your local post courier.

What if my package is being returned to AB Co.?
There's nothing sadder than seeing that your package has made a giant U-Turn, but don't worry we can help!
Returned packages may happen for many reasons (incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid duties/fees, etc. ), the good news is once we receive it we can correct anything that went wrong the first time and try again!
Our support team will email you once your package is delivered back to our Distribution Center to verify all details of your address and have your package re-shipped to you as quickly as possible! We can also refund the package once it is returned to us if you'd prefer (please note that if issuing a refund for returned packages the original shipping costs will not be refunded).
